Concept development and creation of graphic identity for Mattel's BoomCo brand. This development process included, leading brainstorms, sketching, digital rendering, turn over packages to our development teams, cost reduction and presenting to upper management. In this process I worked with a team of packaging, marketing, engineering, safety, legal and licensors to see projects through to production.

Worked in a fast-paced environment that required strong multi-tasking skills, attention to detail and world-class customer service. Responsible for excellent beverage preparation, cleaning, restocking, taking drive-thru orders, communicating with my partners and working with a POS system.

Event programming for residents, organizing hall meetings and performing health and safety inspections. I had extensive leadership training and also worked in the office taking phone calls and helping any residents who had lockouts or questions. About four times a month I was "On-call" for 24 hour periods and dealt with noise complaints, performed rounds of the Residence hall and made sure the grounds were secure and clean.

Cleaning, using a POS system, preparing snacks and drinks for movie-goers, maintaining stock and providing excellent customer service.
