* Currently optimizing complete design of wind turbine inspection robot * Created 3D models of Silicone and Urethane molds for robot vacuum chamber and drive belts * Manufactured parts using FDM and SLA 3D printers * Established the process for material selection in order to best build each component of the robot * Designed and constructed a mechanical arm that extends into tight spaces and detects stress cracks * Used Finite-element analysis (FEA) to verify structure of arm parts * Created 3D assembly of entire robot and redesigned parts to fit assembly

* Constructed a specialized prototype of a taser for Police and Military virtual training * Created 3D model of parts and used dynamic simulation to verify function of mechanisms * Manufactured all parts using FDM, SLS and SLA 3D printers * Designed layout of internal electric parts and executed wiring and soldering of electric parts as well as final body assembly. * Outcome: After several rounds of design, the final prototype was tested under several VR light systems and was approved for use. * Successfully reduced production time from overseas factories through detailed and accurate technical drawings and 3D models of polycarbonate and ABS luggage molds * Designed and developed metal and plastic parts such as zippers logo plates wheels trolley systems and haul handles conducted static stress analysis of parts using FEA to verify safety factors Clients included Tommy Hilfiger, and Calvin Klein

* Designed handbags, computer totes, camera bags, backpacks, phone cases, back-to-school binders and kid's lunch kits * Executed full designs from conception this included computer sketches, material design and selection, hardware design and production of merchandise * Created PDF catalogs and PowerPoint presentations for company sales team * Worked closely with clients, design team and sales team to develop yearly line * Traveled to China several times to visit factories and to oversee production * Clients included Eddie Bauer, ICON, Franklin Covey and Walmart
