- Developed and/or updated curriculum, student project criteria, quizzes, and grading rubrics for teaching Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Fully utilized Canvas tools for uploading videos, quizzes, grading, assignments, and student feedback
- Converted class content to online available formats including creation of instructional videos for online use during COVID and taught both face-to-face as well as virtual classes during the pandemic

- Managed a team of 6 who handle all production tasks for the company including shipping, photography, prototype creation, sample tracking/shipping, production of sales materials, upload and proofing of final artwork for factories, and quality review of factory production samples

- Conceptual design of new products for retail stores such as Wal-Mart, Target, Joann Fabrics, Hobby Lobby and Ross

- Management of all digital files for artwork and packaging produced by outside vendors including quality control of production samples

- Management of all production processes, supplies, equipment and people involved in the production of product and packaging prototypes including hiring employees, training employees on production techniques and ensuring that all end products meet expected quality standards

- Integral part of developing, implementing and utilizing a remote proofing system for the
creation of color proofs for outside vendors

- Travel to our overseas factories to review product samples, look at new capabilities and communicate needs
