Lead the implementation of design efforts for all motorcycle outerwear categories and cross-functional glove, boot, and layering product lines by working closely with the design director to identify trends, create color palettes and mood boards, and identify fabric and material needs by season. * Research global market trends to identify new market opportunities. Coordinate with PLM to create product briefs to ensure that the product description accurately represents the market opportunity. * Direct the daily workflow of the Design Team. Provide general direction to the motorcycle Tech Design Team. * Attend fit sessions and provide observational feedback work closely with the tech design team to execute the product according to the design brief and the design team's product intent. * Coordinate efforts of multidisciplinary departments to ensure seasonal timeline checkpoints are met.
