creating/visualising an idea and developing range to fit the brand footprint, season and price point.
Keeping up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colours and shapes;
planning and developing ranges;
working with others in the design team, such as buyers and forecasters, merchandisers, to create and develop products to meet a brief; Designing range from a technical perspective, developing technical specs, over seeing pattern making, toiles and technical specifications for designs;
sourcing, selecting and buying fabrics, trims, fastenings and embellishments;
adapting existing designs for mass production;
Constantly updating and researching on newer trends, washes, embellishments trims etc.,

Working with Design head in order to create product range.
Working on Fashion Forecast, Trend Research, line planning, textile print designing, surface ornamentation,texture developments. etc.,
Market survey, and product innovation.
Creating horizontal range for Silk fabrics.
