3TRPD - smart car - A six day project to take 3d scan data from a smart car and design a front end.
Done as a promotional exercise to show the features of SLS rapid prototype material.
With limited time, the challenges were massive. Converting the scanned data to something useful, understanding the limitations of the material and providing a workable solution that would survive the expected 10,000 miles the car would be expected to do.
