Maintaining a high standard of design and engineering within Paxton has been the main challenge; whilst keeping in mind manufacture constraints and costs.

I designed bespoke fittings and accessories for use on material testing machines. This included developing manuals and ensuring the Tinius Olsen brand was maintained throughout the product range.

I oversaw the implementation of a full Manufacture Resource Planning (MRP) computer system and quality system for Quaife engineering.

I also maintained quality systems through out supply chain, trouble-shoot production issues and ensured production continued unabated.
