FATMA IPEK EK; B.Arch., M.Sc.

Having graduated in 2003 from the Department of Architecture at The Izmir Institute of Technology, I am continuing doctoral studies and am research assistant in the same Department. I studied on Giovanni Battista Piranesi in my Master thesis. I am currently studying on the subject of "Conventions and contradictions between the actors of residential architecture" in my Ph.D. I have published on Piranesi; my article on Baroque space is forthcoming.
