During all of my years in Sign Production, I have held positions as a Production Assistant, Salesperson, Production Manager, and Operations Manager. During my last job I supervised design, printing, installations, and all of production, which consists of eight employees and myself. My time is stretched very thin since I still take care of most architectural orders (3 dimensional letters, engraving, ADA signs, and a lot of custom cut and/or painted signs). I also order material, create production logs, schedule installations with the sales staff, and oversee production, design and installations. I am now seeking a new job that will challenge me so that I may learn new skills and put the ones I already have to use.
