I was promoted to Senior Supervisor in recognition of my additional duties including responsibility for training and overseeing the performance of the pub as well as managing closes and working through the end of day accounts. I often had to think on my feet, and received great reviews through trip advisor for my professionalism and courtesy.

This was a direct customer service role all about creating a ‘great guest experience’. Working behind the bar and on the floor required strong interpersonal skills and the capability to handle conflicts in a constructive manner. Teamwork was essential in ensuring the whole place ran smoothly and we delivered our promise at all times. I was also responsible for the training of new staff to uphold these standards.

Secured a summer job with Ech. working in their design studio supporting them on projects using Autodesk Alias to model crockery and kiosks for later use as 3D augmented reality models, and Adobe Photoshop to render a car for a client installing advertising screens and boards.

Performed duties during operations of animal, witnessed several animal consultations, and provided general assistance to help the running of the practice.
