Golf Clubhouse
A state-of-the-art 22,000 SF clubhouse to be constructed in Horseshoe Bay, TX. The design follows the fragmentation of the bedrock formations that is in abundance at this site. $7.5 million overall renovation cost.
This two-story structure includes multi-level indoor dining, bar area, reception foyer, and meeting spaces, outdoor terraces providing expansive views of the resort's four golf courses.
