Created and entered purchase orders, received merchandise, coordinated transfers between stores and maintained an accurate inventory using Retail Pro software, which integrated with shoptwigs.com. Styled, photographed, edited, and catalogued over 4,000 high-end jewelry, apparel and accessory items in a self-built studio. Designed website layout, navigation, splash pages and wrote the protocol of order fulfillment and employee instruction manuals. Communicated with fraud prevention services, advertisers, designers, representatives, print processors and live models. Performed daily updates to the site and designed magazine ads, web-marketing graphics, postcards, shoptwigs’ printed identity/press kits, and mass emails to customers.

Job detail included the processing of returns, receiving incoming merchandise, reorganizing and maintaining the warehouse inventory. I also assisted in the fulfillment of daily orders and the stylist in preparation for photo shoots.
