James Hand

I am an industrial designer with over 30 years experience in product development, working as a member of a team or directly with clients on a diverse range of products. My work on housewares medical, sports, consumer, industrial, automotive and institutional products has given me a well rounded approach to design development. As a "hands-on" industrial designer I enjoy the challenge of creating solutions to both aesthetic and functional design needs for the product. Communicating with team members, model makers, engineers or outside vendors using sketches, mock-ups or 3D-CAD my skills and experience allow me to achieve results for the project and client.
