Main role is to lead in pre press set up of print files. I pride myself in quick turnaround with a very low error rate. I also work with other departments to improve flow and quality control. Our clients range from national amusement parks, colleges, and zoos to small local companies.

Freelance Graphics and design

Work directly with clients to gather project information, create proposals and follow job to completion. Consult as sole client contact, fostered strong working relationships with multiple accounts
Advise clients on best practice, meet projected due date of deliverables, work through unforeseen issues. Client list includes Wal-Mart, Rite Aid, Walgreens, and Publix among other companies.

At Cousin I work with the senior designer as well as the jewelry design department to create packaging, catalogs, ads, and mailers. I also direct other lower level designers in the department, and collaborate with our photographers. As with my other positions I enjoy working with printing and production. This ranges from wide format printing to creating full product mockups, operating and maintaining our equipment and tracking and ordering supplies for the company. My organizational skills have helped the company's file setup, as the many new employees required a strict file structure, which was lacking when I started there.

Created interactive graphics

Print production, proofing and layout of sales materials for major home builders. Tracked and ordered supplies, research and advise on new computers, software and print equipment
Proof job data entered by the sales team and work with graphics team to improve quality control and Implemented improved processes. My first role here was building interactive floorplans in Flash.

Responsible for setting up and running new graphics department. Duties were similar to previous position at Trial Exhibits. In addition to more direct involvement with the clients, my duties included graphics creation, operating the large format printers, finishing of printed exhibits and ordering of all supplies relating to print production. My contributions to the company gave them the processes and skills to increase graphic income from 5% to 45% of company profits.

Responsible for creating graphics and preparing photos for use in the legal field. I also supervised small staff in production of these exhibits from preliminary form to final full size printed output. Other duties included operation and maintenance of large format printers, finishing of exhibits with mounting and lamination, creating Flash graphics and charts, as well as ordering all supplies relating to print production. I have contributed to an increase in sales of over 200% in my years with Trial Exhibits.
