* Working in the production department for print and online, deligating work per the designer's workload as well as taking care of changes myself. Display great customer service with the clients, sales reps & managers. Prime go-to for the Print Special Section as well as doing production work on these sections.

Freelance * Responsible for the interiors/exteriors and layout of books for local publisher. * Design flyers and advertising materials for local business. * Worked with Lightning Source to ensure the composition fits the template and to ensure quality preflight.

Retail/Sales * Responsible for running the point of sales as well as displaying professional customer service. * Was responsible for designing the creative aspects of the company. * Maintained knowledge on the hardware products as well as learned making keys and paint.

* Worked with the doctors and designed templates for their trades in the All Scripts program. * Assisted in medical records department by updating patient accounts and filing.

* Worked on Special Products team created ads and target cards for special niche publications. * Help support other bureaus and teams when needed. Worked along side of sales team to create special ads for customers. * Worked in trafficking department where I was assigned ads to be worked on for the designers, answered calls from clients and proofread ads before sending to publication. * Trained new team members and job shadowed other positions within company. * Was involved with ground breaking project for The Volusia County Forum.

Walt Disney World Resorts - & Disney Quest -Attractions and Guest Services * Worked as a cast member in attractions to provide a "Magical Experience for all guests. * Provided the excellent Disney service and received numerous "Guest Service Fanatics" cards. * Cross-trained for the Fantasmic! production at Hollywood Studios and for the Atlanta Braves at ESPN's Spring Training Facility to make myself more flexible and available for the company.

* Worked on company special sections publications. * Was responsible for Poinciana Pioneer entire layout and designs. * Helped out in various departments when needed.

* Responsible for designing ads for 3 major publications as well as ads in special sections. * Responsibilities included but not limited to: Dummying of the paper, designing ads for Milwaukee Magazine and North Shore Lifestyle.
