Highly motivated and confident Product Designer recently graduated from the University of Teesside with a 2:1 degree classification in BA (Hons) Product Design.
Currently seeking employment within the field of design. I have a keen passion for furniture and would like to pursue a career in this area of design.
Outside of university I am a keen road cyclist I also have an interest in photography. I photograph most things from landscapes to products from past projects. -

Assistant EngineerDundee Cold Stores LtdJul 2013 - Sep 2013 (2 months)Working 12 hour shift patterns, 4 days on, 3 days off. Assistant to shift engineer. Responsibilities include:
-Aiding shift engineer with maintenance work throughout the shift
-Carrying out daily checks on plant machinery, taking pressure readings etc
-Handling and moving of ammonia canisters
-Working with sheet metal
-Reporting any issues seen throughout factory to shift engineer
-Overhauling motors including disassembly and the replacing of bearings. Making a decision on whether or not the motor was fit for extended use or if it needed re-wound/replaced. -
