Lincoln Electric is a world leader in the Design and Manufacture of Arc Welding and Plasma Cutting
Equipment along with Welding Apparel and Tools.
•Responsible for New Product Design, Design Language, Product Branding, VOC Research and Development for Lincoln’s Global Industrial, Commercial and Retail product lines. •Worked with Engineering, Marketing, Manufacturing, Sourcing and Sales to implement and maintain Lincoln Electric’s Global Product Strategy and Customer Centered Design Focus. •Managed the IDGraphic Designers and lead the Product Branding program.
•Inventor on eight Current Utility and Design Patents
•The Global Corporate Industrial Design group was responsible for introducing new product through research, ideation, sketching, rendering, 3D modeling and presentation to the Lincoln Electric global business. Direct report to the Principle Industrial Designer and VP of Global R&D.

Teamed with Designers and Marketing on several projects in the Baby Gear segment. Tasked with designing a modern
Baby Monitor that focused on contemporary electronic design language. Idea was taken from initial VOC Research, Ideation, and Conceptualization to final concept refinement. Extensive bread-boarding, material experiment and
engineering research. Final Concepts were modeled in Alias and moved to Engineering for further development.

Responsible for the Promotion, Sales, and Education for the concrete design and forming related products for North East Ohio's residential and commercial Architects, Designers, and Concrete Contractors. Gaining market share, introducing new products, product education and maintaining existing relationships were key roles.
