* Obtain and negotiate all consultant and contractor fee proposals and costs.

* Resolve project issues, coordination with other disciplines, schedule adherence, technical issues.
* Liaison with main contractor to work through appropriate detailing on site.
* Liaison with all contractors to refine desired aesthetic and manufacturing 
methods to comply with regulations.

DohAlive hotel project, 52,000 sqm mixed use project including 6 basements + GF + 2 mezzanines + 8 floors. £180m 236 key hotel and retail project consisting of 55,000sqm which i have personally led from Concept Design through to IFC information which managing the project on site, currently under construction.
* Project Architect leading team of up to 12 people with strong leadership and mentoring in all areas of IFC information.
* PMCM responsible for all coordination, meetings, correspondence and site works.
* Obtaining quotations.
* Leading groundworks including shoring, piling, slab design strategies and to ensure efficient and cost effective methods for 6 basements.
* Direct client advisor for all project matters including financial, design, project progress, admin and contractual.
* Establish project documentation.
* Obtain and negotiate all consultant and contractor fee proposals and costs.
* Prepare full Architectural project specifications in support of full project details.
* Leading team meetings to help resolve project issues.
* Constant liaison with Contractors and Consultants.
