Jay Crosby Barry

Jay is a 22 year old graduating senior of Ringling College of Art and Design, currently living and working as an independent illustrator in South Florida. As a professional illustrator, amateur photographer, and avid explorer, Jay creates works that reflect his travels and experiences, especially subjects that he considers wild and overlooked.

The wilds of Alaska and the Pacific Northwest inspire him the most. Solitude, life and death, and the connections within nature are the dominant subjects of many of his illustrations. Non-binary gender expression and the exploration of what it means to be human also play an important role in his body of work.
