• Giving the inputs required for the costing and estimation and to update them regularly.
• Planning for the production loading for all products as well as the entire processes to achieve the target plans.
• Follow up and supervision of the shop floor to guarantee that the plans are met on daily basis.
• Enhancement of the factories layout for better efficiency
• Continuous training and enhancement of workers and supervisors
• Adhere to the safety and environmental regulations and measures.
• Cost control/Cost reduction on the different inputs of the production (to be equal or less than the estimated budget). This is including the material, man-hours, consumables and maintenance.
• Increasing the productivity rates and efficiencies of the full production process including its workers and machines
• Material management/saving
• Responsible to ensure proper loading, unloading and dispatch of stocks from factory to site/subcontractor facility; with all necessary documents
• Issue MRN to stores regular for raw materials consumed as per job order; coordinate with stores to ensure proper recording of goods issues & received to production.
• Control overtime payouts by optimizing the efficiency of workers & proper work planning.
• Coordination with other departments such as sales, engineering, projects control, safety, finance, HR and quality.
• Responsible of erection teams on sites and/or coordination with erection subcontractors if any.

• Control the operations for the Sample Workshop, control the sample production cost & raw material purchase cost (for sample production) to achieve target cost, improve the quality of samples to maximize sales, improve production efficiency of workshop and ensure on-time delivery of all samples.
• Act as the communicator between Workshop and Design team, and help ensure the best design for later production.
• Be responsible for Accuracy and On-time delivery of drawings and other necessary documents to workshop/QC team and suppliers.
• Source new suppliers for Hardware/Metal/Paint to achieve the target of design.
• Manage internal Color System.
• Work with Design team and TIF on cost calculation & work with suppliers to achieve the target Purchase Price.
• Lead NPI (new product introduction) process inside of the company and ensure follow up the actions are completed.
• Work with the QC team/Purchase to approve pre-production samples.
• Involved in Supplier Performance Review and New Supplier Evaluation.
• Work with Suppliers/QC team to find out potential opportunities for Production Efficiency Improvement.
• Further streamline the R&D working process and internal documents control.
• Manage all staff of R&D department and responsible for R&D staff development.
• Re-design R&D structure to achieve better working efficiency.
• Evaluate and control annual budget for R&D.

• Determine production routing for all new jobs and schedule production with consideration to lead time, required skills and available capacity.
• Support the design team finding solutions which can be made and satisfy the client's expectations.
• Act as gatekeeper to the release of jobs to production, ensuring production tasks and specifications are correct.
• Supports the sales team in assessing of new projects, and with the Project Assistant, assist in ensuring all project specifications are determined.
• Track project progress, address risks and negotiate solutions with sales, production, and logistics.
• Actively seek further knowledge and personal development through training and experience.
