US Patent no. 5,775,046 "Modular Construction Member" Secured an exclusive Licensing Agreement with MIT for a technology that I created during a collaborative course between the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), the Sloan School of Business Management, and the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD). After designing a modular system of picture frames utilizing the technology, I outsourced the domestic manufacture of the injection molded products. With no employees, I marketed personally and through national tradeshows selling to private retailers, collegiate retailers, and to international distributors.
