    Illustrator-graphic designer working with traditional and digital media in a wide range of fields including: children’s book publishing, educational publishing, advertising and package design, interactive and game design and graphic design. Created illustrations using all forms of paint media including oils, acrylics, airbrush and watercolors. Work with digital imagery includes Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Maya. Focus is on exploring the convergence of digital and traditional techniques that can create unique works of art that can be 2D, 3D or time based (animation). Currently working on an interactive book app about historical Coney Island.

    Professor of Art teaching at several colleges as an adjunct – teaching fine art, digital art (fine and applied), graphic design-illustration, and foundation courses in fine art (BFA). Mentored students in illustration and graphic design, developed curriculum for digital and fine art, helped to develop digital art programs and expand the courses offered. Classes taught include: illustration, drawing I & II, 2D design, graphic design, computer art for fine artists (multimedia) and design-illustration for video games.

      "Photoshop I & II" "Adobe InDesign I" Teaching Photoshop I & II as an introduction for beginners, and for more advanced digital imaging for advanced students. Helping to develop and increase the size and scope of the digital art department at Molloy. Managing the computer lab, software updating and assisting with peripherals such as printers and scanners. Helping to create newer classes teaching Adobe Illustrator and potentially motion-graphic software for both applied and fine art. InDesign I class focused on learning software and integrating basic graphic design concepts into project work.

Teach students to use programs like Photoshop in the creation of artworks that can be either computer-based or multimedia.       - "Illustration and Graphic Design for Video Games" Course concentrates on the development of a visual style for the individual student's own video game ideas. Over the course of the semester, the students work on character development and creating an atmosphere and visual setting for the game. All students learn to work from preliminary sketches, through to final computer generated imagery using programs like Photoshop. Monmouth University- Adjunct Professor- Graphic Design - Spring 2009 "Graphic Design I" Teaching of basic graphic design concepts, including working with type, page layout and logo design. Students are encouraged to work with sketching and drawing techniques, before they refine their designs in the computer. Emphasis is on the students learning to develop their own visual style using typography and images together in various design projects. Students learn to use Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign in the creation of final work for presentation. Montclair State University- Adjunct Professor: Industrial Design Department "Drawing for Industrial Designers" - Fall & Spring 2005 Basic drawing techniques for rendering are introduced to the students. Emphasis is on developing accurate techniques to portray realistic images of three-dimensional products. Students learn to work with line, shading and color using a variety of media including: pencil, pen, paint and digital media.
