Collecting and organizing research for the team as a User Experience (UX) Research Design Lead to engage on medical ‘Point of Care’ devices, bake-ware products, and airline interiors. Responsible for compiling lifestyle trends, user personas, managing project schedules, designing surveys, running customer/ patient focus group sessions, designing mobile APP framework, as well as updating and re-designing the company website and creating multiple Redfish social media accounts.

Manages membership table at a variety of events throughout Boston. Passionate about promoting customer-focused services and getting new members excited about upcoming events.

Enjoys freelance graphic design. Designed a variety of jerseys for various New England Ultimate Frisbee teams as well as shirts for private parties and reunions.

Collected and organized quantitative and qualitative research for a Fortune 500
consumer electronics company. Helped conduct lead-user interviews as well
as analyzed trend and market research to develop UX seed concepts. Responsible for
writing narratives and creating visual storyboards and helping with UI design.

Studio Mentor. Taught under-resourced youth once a week in an after school program. Worked with students in the 3D design studio to help them express their creativity.

Helped run Street Seats International Design Challenge. Design Museum Boston invited individuals and teams from around the world to design an iconic bench or 'street seat' for the Fort Point Channel in South Boston's up and coming Innovation District. Organized all international participants and scale models. Helped recruit judges and sponsors for the exhibition. Creative Mornings. January 2013 Co-hosted Design Museum Boston's January's Creative Mornings- A monthly morning breakfast lecture series for creative types. Each event includes a 20 minute lecture, followed by a 20 minute group discussion.

An exhibit of 28 thesis student projects. New Museum My project, was about bring family and friends closer together during meal times using our most recent technologies.
