DSC DeLand Shared-Use Space
This gallery shows a unique space in which a library and a writing center share a space. Noise was a potential concern, but a wait-and-see attitude is how I wanted to proceed. After nearly two years of operation, all is well.
A space will usually dictate the type of activities that can happen there. Similarly, a space's users have a certain knowledge of how they should behave. This a good example of how people doing many different activities can co-habitate in an open, social learning environment.
