This is a general view of the DSC-UCF Writing Center Attic from the front. This is what passers by would see.
This is part of The Attic. Students needed a place where they could work on multi-modal projects while also receiving tutoring support on those assignments. These two computers (one Mac and one PC) are loaded with software that enables students to accomplish their goals.
We've also incorporated a mobile whiteboard and floor seating for group brainstorming and impromptu collaboration.
This space is part of the library. The DSC-UCF Writing Center had the chance to use this area, but didn't have the budget for new furniture. These items were adopted, moved and rearranged to create a multi-function space for students to use.
