SWCA 2012 - Considering Our Audience(s): Designing an Effective Writing Center Space
This conference workshop, "Considering Our Audience(s): Designing an Effective Writing Center Space" was given at the 2012 SWCA conference. My co-presenter and I wanted the participants to think of the rhetorical nature of space design. They were asked to consider the multiple audiences they serve and then use a variety of manipulatives to explore the many configurations available. Participants created their dream writing center space and shared their work with the group.
