By investigating real solutions and identifying real problems, interaction design can positively influence the way people relate to products and services. My work stems from a human-centered stand point. I enjoy exploring various user research methods such as participatory design, ethnography, interviews, moderating design activities, etc. My goal is to design desirable hardware-software integrated products and services that are user-centered, functional and aesthetically pleasing.
