* Started as Product Manager - Skechers Girl's Cali division responsible for for managing two high profile programs within the Girls Division - including transitions between factories, coordination of extended product lines, communication of major changes to all associated parties, and constant attention to detail and problem-solving with production. While in this position, I worked with the Director of Girl's Design to merchandise the line for both style and color, as well as approved confirmation samples and worked closely with technicians to ensure proper fit; created new designs and color ways of 25% of in line product utilizing my ability of trend research through retail shopping, internet, magazines, and watching the public. Moderate foreign and domestic travel for trade shows, shopping, and production.

* Promoted to Developer for Skechers - Cali Women's, Bebe Sport, and Rhino Red divisions responsible for product development, trend forecasting, and overseas travel for interface with overseas liaisons. While in this position, I developed high profile styles including top selling sandal for Rhino Red, sneaker featured in National and International print and commercial ad campaigns, and various other styles with continuing presence on weekly sell through reports

* Promoted to Merchandiser/Line Builder for Rhino Red - Girl's division responsible for creative direction of product line including trend forecasting, developing season plan, interfacing with sales team, leading product direction meetings, and creating new product based upon current customers needs, trend direction, and identified areas of growth through review of trend reports on current sales, inventory, and active orders. Tasks included setting target cost and line prices, while working with overseas factories in order to attain desired profit margin. * Assistant Line Builder position included daily correspondence with overseas factories; detailing new designs and tracking production. Management of private label accounts and large customer accounts. Moderate travel domestically and overseas for trade shows, production oversight, sourcing new factories and suppliers, and trend shopping. Also, coordinated bi-annual fashion show, created line sheets for new product, and influenced editorial exposure
