Jessie Milburn

In this role I take design lead on Caravan, Motorhome, Holiday Home, and Panel Van projects. I also support many other design projects within the team, contributing to the workload or acting in an advisory or mentoring role for junior designers. I created and run a complex KPI system through my knowledge of excel spreadsheets and ability to write complex formulas. I have created and manage filing systems to streamline communication within projects, and more effectively manage data storage sizes. I have created guidelines and processes within the team to improve workflow and share knowledge and standards. I manage and co-ordinate the visualisation team’s workload, to deliver marketing images for our marketing team to use in brochures and the website. I liaise with suppliers in various industries, managing design samples in and out of the business including fabrics, furniture, and materials. I also liaise with other departments such as manufacturing and engineering during design projects, cost down projects and continuous improvement projects. I chair various meetings, both within and outside of the design team. I track and manage the hardware and software used within the design team, I manage the rota for office attendance, and I am responsible for looking after our current office building. I am fire warden trained, first aid trained and Level 2 IOSH managing safely accredited.
