Physically set all merchandising solutions ensuring that they are intuitive, executable and sustainable for retail, as well as meet the needs of the business, customer and company brand

Collaborate with design partners to identify merchandising solutions with graphics, fixtures, interactive design, and floorplan design

Increase customer shopability by identifying merchandising gaps, new merchandising opportunities, and providing solutions through competitive shopping, ideation and customer insights

Present the merchandising solutions to the specific business teams and leaders that meet the business strategy

Create Visual Merchandising Standards utilizing Photoshop and InDesign for assigned categories, detailing transition elements including: planogram intent, graphics, labor and fixture pieces

Attend weekly strategy meetings reviewing on-going/future project scopes to ensure accurate transition/transformations, timelines and execution processes

Work in conjunction with Space Management, GNFR, Project Development, Merchants and other Best Buy cross functional partners in all phases of a project till completion

Develop floor plans in AutoCAD utilizing JDA software, Sharepoint and Powerpoint

Coordinate placement of fixtures, category planograms and directional signage by applying detailed draw criteria, rep plans, and other department specific parameters

Attend initial client meetings to gather insight into the clients needs and objectives of the project

Assist with field measurement and verification

Consult on job requests for proposals on commercial & residential projects

Create 2D and 3D renderings of interior spaces utilizing Revit, CAD and Photoshop

Select and specify material selections for Healthcare, commercial and residential projects

Present design work/direction at client meetings

Produce verified construction documents for commercial & residential projects

Create time budget proposals

Collaborate with lead architect to finalize projects
