OXA Fair concept, inspired by Public Enemy's song. The color scheme is between 1988-1989 because the album was out in 1988. (Public Enemy - It Takes a Nation of Millions to Hold Us Back) it contains Rebel Without a Pause track, that's what I bring in this concept, a rebel, police line, and chaos.
