United Airlines Usability Study
In this team project, the usability of the current United Airlines boarding pass was tested against a proposed redesign. The goal of the study was to determine which design helped passengers find information more efficiently and effectively. Quantitative data was gathered and analyzed comparing satisfaction, efficiency, and error rates.
