Extended Service Plan Sales Portal: collaboratively developed for tracking sales, customer service, product plans and sales team productivity. Work directly with Manger of the call center sales team and IT to develop navigation, data collection and tracking strategies for a seamless sales team experience that was more user friendly. This shows just a sampling of the dozens of pages and pop-ups incorporated for on the job intuitive training and productivity tracking. The system was to be customizable for different clients' needs. The test call center team and key stakeholders were extremely please with each thoughtful detail added to streamline the process and capture minute pieces of data.
