- Perform site surveys, design wayfinding, produce custom & standard signage, environmental graphics, marketing communications, branded apparel & merchandise with Tesla branding
- Provide design support and collaborate with internal teams on projects to formulate scope of work, manage the production of signage & graphic packages for multiple Tesla facilities, and oversee installations through completion
- Responsible for over 400+ site improvement projects, generated 100+ evacuation maps and safety signage for local and global Tesla sites

- Act as a point of contact in providing creative marketing, research, and
administrative support to group of executive level sales professionals.

Brokers’ commission payments and expense reports

- Responsible for providing administrative and graphic support for proposals, promotions, public relations materials and possibly advertisements for visual communications media.
- Manages various assignments both administrative and creative simultaneously, preparing pitches, compiling brokerage data for proposals and presentations.
- Designs and produces marketing materials including flyers, offering memorandum, e-mail marketing campaign, brochures, maps, site plans, aerials, etc. (using corporate branding standards templates)
- Responsible for layout, design and production activities to produce quality graphic-design art work.
- Uses desktop publishing applications to complete assignments involving word processing, page layouts and the creation of charts and computer graphics.
- Imports graphic images and integrates with text.
- Provides base coordination for all graphic design work proposals.
- Coordinates graphic production requirements with printers, vendors and the Marketing and Public Relations Department’s overall publication schedules.
- Works with vendors for quotes, purchase orders, press proofs, and coordinating delivery of final product.
- Proofread marketing materials before submission.
-Knowledge of appropriate desktop publishing software, (Adobe Photo Shop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.) PC proficiency in MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

- Provide exceptional customer service and design consultation
- Ability to generate sales and articulate creative solutions that lead to closed deals
