    Judith Lambotte currently works in the field of sustainable architecture as a consultant and project manager for LEED Certifications on a variety of building types including healthcare, hospitality, education, federal, commercial and multi-family. In her personal design practice, Judith is fascinated in exploring our psychological and emotional states, and creates dynamic objects that provide personal expression with humor. Judith has a Master of Design from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic State University - San Luis Obispo. She has worked as an architect in residential multi-family housing and did volunteer work for the non-profit Architecture For Humanity. Judith is an active volunteer with the San Diego Green Building Council and Habitat for Humanity. Over the course of her career she has explored her interests in fashion, textiles, jewelry, design, and ceramics. She has a deep love of travel and enjoys immersing herself in other cultures.

Involved in schematic design, research, code analysis, and design development. Presented designs to client and planning department packages to city. Produced construction documents, details, BMP plans, and managed permit approval process. Managed consultant coordination and oversaw that changes in plans were accurately integrated throughout by MEP, structural, civil, landscape and HVAC consultants. Reviewed Title 24 and ASHRAE 90.1 reports for compliance. Successfully managed project documentation for LEED Gold Certification.
      * 11th Street Lofts, Gilroy, CA - Mixed-use 5-unit and 7-unit carriage units over one level of commercial flex space. Involved in design development through completion of construction documents. Produced feasability report for meeting requirements to achieve LEED for New Construction certification. Multi-family housing development with various building types including courtyard-clusters, row homes, mixed-use, and live-work studios. Assisted in design development through construction document phase. * Other projects include community center, rec center, childcare center, single-family housing and competitions.
