Judith Lambotte

As a sustainability consultant and architectural designer with an emphasis in holistic sustainable design practices, I advise teams on new building construction in the healthcare, education, commercial, federal, manufacturing, multi-family and hospitality building sectors. I work with multidisciplinary teams of designers, engineers and contractors to manage a variety of LEED certification types including BD+C, Commercial Interiors, Healthcare, Core+Shell, and Existing Buildings Operations and Maintenance.

I managed and launched the redesign of the company's website in 2013 and further updates in 2015.

Ceramics for Designed Objects:
Working alongside Max Reinhardt my duties consisted of assisting students with developing 3D Rhino files and 3D rapid prototyping of objects, making plaster formwork for slip casting and production ceramics. I also assisted Max in making a variety of slip recipes, firing tests, and glaze tests.

* 163 Baypointe Apts., San Jose, CA - High density multi-family housing consisting of 4 stories of studio and 1 to 3 bedroom units over 2 levels of underground garage. Involved in schematic design, research, code analysis, and design development. Presented designs to client and planning department packages to city. Produced construction documents, details, BMP plans, and managed permit approval process. Managed consultant coordination and oversaw that changes in plans were accurately integrated throughout by MEP, structural, civil, landscape and HVAC consultants. Reviewed Title 24 and ASHRAE 90.1 reports for compliance. Successfully managed project documentation for LEED Gold Certification.
* 11th Street Lofts, Gilroy, CA - Mixed-use 5-unit and 7-unit carriage units over one level of commercial flex space. Involved in design development through completion of construction documents. Produced feasability report for meeting requirements to achieve LEED for New Construction certification. Multi-family housing development with various building types including courtyard-clusters, row homes, mixed-use, and live-work studios. Assisted in design development through construction document phase. * Other projects include community center, rec center, childcare center, single-family housing and competitions.

Managed 15+ custom home and remodel projects from schematic design through completion of construction documents and submittal process for permit approval. Managed client relations and consultant coordination.
