Extensive experience in workplace and retail design for large multi-nationals, as well as entrepreneurial local businesses and start-ups. Passionate about creating consistent brand value experiences across the built environment and all design assets. Helping businesses perform at their best whilst improving staff and customer perceptions.
I believe in a co-ordinated, holistic approach to brand experience design. Using processes and techniques that develop customer and staff journeys through every physical built detail, furniture, tone of voice and intuitive, engaging interactive media.
Skills: Defining and improving business performance through staff and customer brand value engagement. Using customer journey analysis, insight, concept design, 2D/3D visualisation, design development alongside brand and design strategies. -
