Development responsibilities include, sourcing, trim development, spec sheets, BOM, packaging, sample revisions, grading fit and sample approval and direct hand off with factories. Traveling overseas to follow up on projects with quality control checks, working with sample makers, negotiating costs and assisting sample material procurement.
