John, a passionate fine art sculptor turned corporate designer, embarked on his career early in life, exploring various mediums.
His diverse interests extended beyond consumer goods, marine design, graphic design, furniture design, interior design, design management, marketing design, and experience architecture.
Earning a B.F.A. in Industrial/Product Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design, John minored in furniture design and art history. During his time in Savannah, he discovered new passions, including product management and customer experience.
Returning to Philadelphia to be with family and start his own, John worked on a wide range of projects, from home additions designs, architectural planning, marketing, and business growth. He also pursued a career in design and expanded to strategic management and experience architecture.
Since October 2007, John has been with Amtrak, taking small steps each day to contribute to the design and experience of the next generation of high-speed rail and convention equipment. He is also actively pursuing the establishment and consistency of a trusted and respected creative consultancy offering a diverse range of design disciplines, including product development, management, and strategy with data-driven results.
