      + Achieved sales lifts of 13% and a record return on investment of $4 through the creation and activation of an integrated back-to-school program between Crayola and Eggo.
      + Conceptualized and led the commercial team through the development of a new set of Eggo skus leveraging iconic Disney intellectual properties to generate more than $20 million in annual sales.
      + Drove awareness, consideration, and trial for MorningStar Farms by developing and leading the brands first experiential grilling tour traveling serving more than one million consumers.
      + Conceived and implemented a new shopper marketing vision and strategy shifting more than 50% of the previous dollars and programs away from pay-to-play activities and into category or brand-building events.
      + Grew Eggo’s in-store display by 46% through the creation and activation of The Great Eggo Waffle Off, that included a partnership with Dole frozen fruit and Breyers ice cream.

      + Created a coupon strategy and guidelines for the sales and marketing organization to increase coupon effectiveness and efficiency.
      + Led negotiations with Discovery Communications to leverage their Animal Plant brand for a new kids cereal, including the package design.
