Joanne King

I am an undergraduate student studying Textile Design for Fashion and Interiors at Cardiff Metropolitan. I have an enthusiasm for bold geometric patterns and develop them through techniques and processes such as print and stitch. I aim to work large scale for commercial textile interiors through my projects. I take interest in trend forecasting for colour palettes, different types of fabrics and patterns. I also enjoy keeping up to date with current exhibitions. My objective is to explore different approaches to geometric shapes and patterns alongside how they are able to be adjusted for different spaces.
