Responsible for the design and development of the footwear line from concept generation, sample development to commercialization for the brand Fila in the Philippine market.

Coordinate with the Marketing and Sales Department on the latest offerings and launches.

Worked hand in hand with the Merchandising Manager in monitoring production schedules product arrivals and delivery timings.

Work directly with agents and suppliers in translating concepts to patterns, prototypes up to production sample approval.

Monitors salability reports and consumers concerns regarding currently released products for future improvements.

Regularly visit production centers in China to check current production, development and source new vendors.

Does the market research and product clinic of new designs prior to launching.

Responsible for the design and development of the seasonal collection from concept
generation to finished shoe.

Work directly with the client brand’s design team on the design & development of
seasonal collections.

Responsible for the design & development of packaging, hang tags, point of purchase
support and other branding requirements.

Work directly with factories and vendors in translating concepts to patterns, prototypes
up to production.

Responsible for technical package drawings for all uppers, molded parts and components
such as outsoles, insoles and trims.

Responsible for material research specifications and sourcing.

Responsible for the generation of all graphical design films for all logos and prints for the
collection.

Manage sample coordinators on material sourcing, desired finish, time lines & other
related aspects of design & development.

Responsible for concept design of analogue and digital watches and other related
electronic products for various overseas client brands such as Adidas, Giordano, Freestyle,
Quiksilver, Roxy, Bulova, Phosphor, Alienware, Philippe Starck & Fossil.

Coordinate with engineering department on final designs specs based on client revisions,
& engineering limitation & processes.

Coordinate the Junior Designers on final design directions for illustration / rendering specs
needed for sampling and for production.

Responsible for product design & graphic design of various sports products such as inline
skates, protective gears, skateboards, surfboards, body boards, skim boards and other
sports related items for the company’s international brand clients such as X games,
Roller derby, Intersports, Head, Rossignol & Amigo sports.

Responsible for the design of the company’s seasonal new product offerings from inline
skates to scooters & other related accessories.

Coordinate with the development department in the implementation of the design intent
from molded components to materials & trims.

Responsible for the design of the company’s promotional graphic materials for trade
shows & other marketing activities.

Responsible for product design, development & packaging design of various products
such as footwear, inline skates, gloves, protective gears & other sports related items
for the company’s international clients such as Franklin, Kappa, Target, Intersports &
Gen-X Sports.

Part of the team responsible for the design of the company’s marketing paraphernalia
such as catalogues & brochures used on international & local trade shows.
