ART PRACTICE

My Fine Art work seeks to explore ideas derived from change, particularly seasonal and tidal through paint and sculpture. With influences from as diverse as Chris Drury and Chris Ofili. I am fascinated by the physical changes of my surroundings and how through manipulation of site you can observe the synergies that are crafted from both simple and complex textures in detail. Ever since I was a child I have been fascinated by the theoretical limits of time. What starts out as a seed and beginning of hope and life soon becomes debased into hegemony of putrefaction, leaving only a sense of chaos which therefore leads to the creation and beauty we find with our natural environment.
