Responsible for all design, both print and virtual, for the entire business. This includes all sales collateral, stationery, booths, displays, promotional items, presentations, advertising, animation, corporate gifts, email communications, client events (theme, invitations, name badges, signage and communication), the intranet and the web site. Interfaces and negotiates with vendors and completes all production. Works with internal clients consulting on their needs, understanding their messaging and exceeding their expectations.

Projects in this role include the complete rebranding of the company, including designing a new logo, creating the branding system, producing all stationery and updating old files, communicating and training employees, managing print and virtual communication.

Intranet
Responsible for the visual deign and architecture of the intranet and providing the easiest experience for the user. Migrated the intranet from static HTML to Microsoft Dynamics SharePoint 2013. In addition to transferring files, this required a whole new architecture and design as well as coding in CSS, HTML and ASP.net. Maintains intranet and assists users.

Website
With the new branding came a new website. Repaired the code provided and launched site. Maintained site and updated the site focusing on keywords and seo.

In the process of revising site to include Vocus newsroom. This requires revising the code to such a degree that the whole site is being rewritten and designed.

Past Roles & Projects
CRM Administrator
Customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM including creation of forms and reports, javascript and actions. Cleaned data and imported and set up for users.

Intranet Designer/Administrator
Adapted designs from Photoshop to HTML. In addition, created SQL database to serve up a phone directory and a search for marketing materials and a past transactions service.

Responsible for diverse product offerings including consultation and problem solving, magazine layout, ad design, web sites, catalog layout, business identity programs, illustration and HTML code.

Design, manufacture and sale of accessory line of shibori dyed scarves and shawls as well as handwoven items

Research and replication of archaeological textiles investigating period processes and materials. This includes recreation of textiles from the Hopewell period for the Ohio History Connection, Hopewell National Park.
