Successfully managed the project from the point that the store closed to its reopening (Aug - Nov 2019) by managing the following items:
- Allocation, distribution and sourcing locally miscellaneous Visual Merchandising elements.
- Mapping out the new space and managing allocation and placement of product and all VM related elements for the opening.
- Oversaw the redistribution of the old concept fixtures of the existing store and repurposed the fixtures and managed delivery to our new Los Angeles Showroom in Downtown LA.
- Sourced out and hired a local professional photographer in Las Vegas to shoot the opening for our HQ Team in Paris.
