Managed the logistics of the store opening and allocated all VM related items and marketing. This location ended up opening a few weeks early which was unforeseen. Due to a scheduled vacation out of the US, I had to immediately go to the opening upon my return but luckily all VM elements had already been scheduled for delivery as I previously prepared everything before going on vacation so I was able to manage the opening and training of the team according to the new early schedule.
