I was selected from the US VM Team to oversee the opening of this Franchise location in Papeete, Tahiti that was managed by our HQ Office in Paris. I successfully managed the project and had to troubleshoot several issues on site in order to have the store open according to schedule. In addition, I was able to train the entire opening team on the VM Global standards and provided them with many tools and guidance on best practices to ensure the success of the location.
