Managed the logistics of Booth set up and breakdown in partnership with my field and home office colleagues. I served as on site project manager to ensure booth set up, displays and graphics were installed per the plans. In addition, I secured the delivery & return of all the Visual Aides used in both the Apparel and Footwear Booths from our LA Showroom, NY Showroom and our Boutique location in Las Vegas.
