Jeffrey Kaski

In the past I have enjoyed positions where I could both be creative and work in very technical areas. I also enjoyed developing and training people.

In a new position I am looking to use my creativity, technical expertise and mentoring skills to improve productivity within my peers and in turn improve my new company’s bottom line.

I am a creative problem solver and an excellent project manager. I enjoy developing personnel and excels as a technical trainer. I am a hands-on leader adept at motivating people and I work effectively in a multitasking role. I am most proud to be the “Go-To” guy when technical or creative problems arise.

For most of my career I have been involved in the graphic design field. I have helped produce a wide variety of advertising and marketing products. This included copy writing for print and broadcast, concept/design and layout for print advertising, packaging, other marketing. And I have professional experience as a photographer, photo-manipulation and photography direction.

Over the years I have accumulated a great deal of management experience, and what few people have today, formal training in leadership, management, crisis management. I have managed groups of many sizes from 2 to 60. And I would like to put these valuable skills to work again.

One Success Story out of many: One of my favorite and very successful projects was a corporate ID and marketing program for OEC Graphics Inc. The project included complete redesign of letterheads and business cards for five plants located in three states, the development of a 12 page capabilities brochure, a very large interactive website and a cutting edge multimedia presentation. This large marketing project has proven to be very useful for providing capability information to both old and new clients. Development of the very functional and automated website allowed clients and OEC to turn jobs quicker by integrating the client with the OEC workflows. And it has greatly strengthened OEC’s image as a major player in the graphic prepress field. The project tested not only his creative skills but also my multitasking and team building skills.

I am currently exploring opportunities where he can both contribute creatively and technically. I would like to stay involved in the advertising, graphic design, printing and/or marketing fields.
