Develop, manage, and administer coursework and certificates for the Digital and Fine Arts programs. Provide primary administration for annual Jazz Camp program. Scout, hire, train, and support instructors. Advise potential and current students ages 14 to adult regarding current course offerings, certificate requirements, and complex academic concerns.

Comprehensive, high-level administrative support to the Provost as well as day-to-day operational support of Sixth College. Serves as the direct link between Sixth College and the Colleges Business Office (CBO). Planning and execution of College events such as commencement, faculty seminars, symposia and recognition events. Responsible for managing complex calendars with frequent changes. Key representative of the Provost within UCSD as well as with donors, visitors, corporate, and community partners.

Create custom handcrafted letter art paintings on site at the San Diego Zoo. Face-to-face customer interaction, service and direct sales. Maintain inventory and administrative paperwork for day-to-day operations. Execute equipment management and semi-annual training of employees.

Design and maintain the Sixth College website using analytics and taxonomic management. Optimization of the Sixth College website (sixth.ucsd.edu) using Hannon Hill CMS, HTML, jQuery, and CSS. Web, logo, graphic and newsletter design using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Video production of students spotlights, Triton Day event presentations, and Provost events using Final Cut Studio.

Develop layout and design for flashcard products and promotional material using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Developed branding and outreach through promotional posters and handouts.
