Starbucks Bakery Redesign Rack
A previous rack that holds coffee beans on the rack and bakery goods below was weighty and expensive being constructed with all MDF materials.
I reduced the weight (reduce the shipping cost) by shaving off the materials and replacing the top shelf with a metal rack. This reduced the display by an estimated 10 pounds and increase the branding visibility. I have also created wings as shelving to expanded the capacity of merchandising.
